@Greg R.It cam be difficult to be at the top of the searches on both AirBNB and VRBO at the same time, because both availability given to the platform and previous bookings on the platform are big factors in the algorithms used to elevate placement.

Someone didn't hang up the phone and actually IS interested in selling (the first time this has happened so far). the only thing is the home is a mobile home located in a senior community.

I am in the process of buying a home now- that is probably easier to set up than moving my existing homes into an LLC.... one thing at a time..

They have the money, they have time, but not pulling the trigger -- now that's our target.  

You have to prove yourself as someone who can source for a real cash buyer to trust you over time.

At the same time you can go to the local building departments and find the plans for the projects and get the GC info from that as well as the architect.

Many times I have been in the home they choose 3-4 times for previous sales years ago, so can tell them all about updates, etc.I think many people are getting ready to have a rude awakening in the coming year or two and when people get burned with no representation or loose a lot of money.

Found this one when a friend was first-time home shopping and he decided to pass.

I would do it if it is going to make your life more enjoyable.
