Whether you are purchasing your first home or the next real estate deal, closings can be a nerve racking process.

The most pressing, and i cant seem to find a true answer from the the building department OR the utility companies is if I need to have separate meters (Electrical, gas, water) for my ADU and main home. 

We are retired and have no plans to work (other than work from home).Budget is around $700K with about 3000 sqft, preferably ranch style.

Maybe agreeing to a % from the sale of each home in addition to listing the homes once the construction starts?   

I get multiple CRM and VA calls per week on two of my parks though and I just hang up... if you can't pronounce my home town correctly I know your just cranking phone numbers.Take Frank Rolfe's MHP investing boot camp.Stick with local smaller banks for funding. 

As a bit of fore sight, My business partner and I plan to scale the business to have employees.I am currently paid through my llc for selling homes, but the issue is that when I am to be paid for services of property management, the funds have to pass through my managing broker's office. 

I have a project where the seller is carrying the note on the home with a 20% down payment.

I would not accept until and unless I see evidence of cosigner's financial status in their home country. 

Last time I checked a couple of weeks ago we also had 750+ single family homes for rent in just 3 cities of McKinney, Frisco, and Plano. 

I had material to study, home work to do, some field research and then to present to my coach every week.
