In a perfect world, I would only buy 3 bed/2 bath, but 2 bed/1 bath are priced so low that it's hard to overlook that.I have several 2 bed/1 bath apartments and houses in different cities and have never had any issues with renting them out.In my market, I either get older couple or a single parent with 1-2 kids and it's a perfect size house for them.
