Btw I was the high school kid who was paid by the other group members to do the entire group project myself.

So I’d suggest doing your homework on who’s buying/bought what and try to grab some of the smaller stuff near by that they aren’t going to be interested in.  

This trip was a double bonus for me ie enjoy family and also check out the land that my family owns for the first time since I was a kid.

Things might seem great now, but what happens if one couple wants to start having kids or decides to move to Maine and wants to sell.

(Disclaimer: my kids are in a public school I love and fully support but it is not our “neighborhood” school)I’d welcome anyone else’s opinion on this topic.

We are planning on upgrading to a "real" house soon  when kids come.

I would think that would be a selling point, especially for families with kids...

the only ones with access to washer/dryer besides me (i live with only my cat who travels with me most the time) are the tenants (a family of 4, all adults no kids) who are default for which there is a separate thread about vacating for default and breach but now this takes it to a whole other level, possible narcotic on my clothes what if some of it seeped into my clothes etc is that possible?

My father's gotten very greedy, because he was the next of kin and he wants us kids to just Quit Claim Deed our interest  to him.
