All the builders ive talked to in Cape are giving me prices  (100-110 a sqft) that wouldn't make me anything when i resell because thats what the houses are already selling for....Im open to joint ventures with builders or Project managers whom i would pay a fee to over look the project or anything else.Thanks for any input

I used a guy on fiverr for $800 he did a three scenario analysis and has 10+ years of underwriting. we did it for one floorplan that we build in Columbus Ohio called the Lillian and it shows if someone was a lender on that deal, a joint venture partner, or a retail person.
