Just make sure you look over the F/F listing agreement carefully...most are not consumer oriented.

I have DECADES of perfect credit with the exception of this default, which ironically was GOOD FINANCIAL SENSE......aaaaaand I can't get a pip-squeak 100K HELOC loan - something i could pay back in 8-10 months MAX.   

Can I go online instead of going to county clerk office and feeling lost and time consuming?

Upgraded electric, Kitchen, added 2 bedrooms, HVAC replaced, Water Heater was new, Kitchen all new, Bathroom Iron claw foot soaker tub with shower and curtain.  4 Beds, 1 bath.  

And that is good for consumers in that it acts as a barrier to entry for many people who think they can make a lot of money in the industry by just showing up.

I'll get that ironed out in 2019, but I also know that I won't see any real results until I do.
