@Paul Caputo @Yonah Weiss would you recommend investigating a cost segregation report be completed on a new construction small multi-family property?

First we discovered the embezzlement and started investigating that, gave him an opportunity to come clean and start paying the money back, but he just kept lying, so we fired him.

Do you have a particular high-end real estate deal you are investigating? 

I'm in a similar state of mind and I have been investigating a few syndication education options myself.
