I’m evaluating an investment into an RCFE.

Accepting money at any time doesn’t waive our right to damages, to past or future rent or other sums, or to our continuing with eviction proceedings.

I have about $180k in equity in one of my investment properties and I have a nice amount of cash on hand and I have an idea that I would like your thoughts on.  

Since on of my wonderful BP colleagues already answered it above, I wanted to ask if this person would be open to re-investing the proceeds? 

He has to prove damages and you haven't stated anything a judge would award damages over.Putting in insulation is a good investment for you long term. 

It is best to collect the monies needed to protect yourself and your investment.

If you have a family member in another state, this could work.However, BRRRRs and rentals may be considered different, because where you invest when you hold onto a property is one of the biggest decision you can make.

The exception would be a superior website maintained for SEO, IF your investment program is large enough to cover the $5k upfront cost and the $500 per month maintenance for an optimized website.

We suffered fire damage about 2 weeks out from listing....less than 5 hours ago. We have insurance to cover dwelling. Has anyone gone through thus? I'd appreciate any recommendations on what to be aware of.
