This is really appealing to me for many reasons and I'm hoping there might be some other inspectors on here that could provide some advice on becoming an inspector in Oklahoma, specifically the Tulsa and Broken Arrow markets.I took a practice test on InterNACHI's website this morning and passed it without any pre-study.  

I would recommend that you spend more time screening the broker who you will associate with, making sure that you have opportunity to lean along the way, instead of worrying about which course you take for the licensing test.  

These are very tricky an I don't know of a person who can pawn off a good contract that will pass through all the "tests" involved.

I researched and drooled and test drove and watched every Youtube video, researched price, and finally got the car I always wanted.

We have another piece of 30 acres and another of 200 acres we are just testing the waters.

So test different postcards, $100 is relatively inexpensive if you consider the ROI that it might produce through more leads.

It will take 2.5 weeks to complete classes and pass the test.

I live in Boston, home of one of the best public library systems in America, so I'm pretty sure I can get my hands on any book worth reading, but I have no idea what books are worth reading.Any recommendations for excellent but daunting real estate investing books to test my mettle?
