However, one of the reasons I will never rent to someone with a prior eviction is because once they've gone through it once, they are exponentially more likely to get another one (in fact one of the applicants I denied was found to have multiple evictions even though they said they had none on their application).Lastly, due to all the concerns right now with COVID-19, I also did a little "extra screening" if you will, and took into account the applicants' job industries/employers.

They tell you what the ‘primary use’ is, for example “Low Density Residential,” and they tell you what all of the acceptable secondary uses, “Medium Density Residential,” “Light Industrial,” and so on.
