Learn about wholesaling from any online course (there are zillions) and implement those tactics as a buy direct from seller strategy.

If you google it, unlicensed contractors or contractors working out of scope in pinellas county has become so bad that they have implemented multiple sting operations in the recent year.

I have watched video after video but would love some insight from individuals who are currently implementing these programs.
