How to find Off market Deals?
I'm looking to purchase a duplex to house hack in the CNJ area. Would maybe consider a little south as well. Seems tough to find a deal on the MLS. I know the saying goes you make when you buy, but I'm so confused as to how I can find off market deals.
Would love to hear some tips on how I can get started and learn from everyone’s experience!
