Ideally while the walls were opened up I would have completed plumbing for 2nd and 3rd floor too, but I was living on the second floor and didn't want to lose having a usable bathroom and kitchen at my residence.

Unfortunately, Appfolio's customer support and training has been less than Satisfactory.

We are purchasing an undeveloped lot next to an existing home and need to custom build a lake house that will be an AirBnB. 

In an ideal world, I value cash flow over appreciation.

We would be building on vacant land so going down that road without knowing pretty well it will be approved obviously isn't ideal. 

Sounds like a great opportunity to custom build your companies facility.One hint that we've used before - If you want your company to lease the property from you it can act as an expense to the company.

Seems pretty reasonable to me as a host who pays my cleaning crew all of the cleaning fee and much appreciated as a customer who has been blindsided by excessively high cleaning fees.

@Andrew Camarda Yes Doug Mercurio in North reading deals with it a lot of wholesales for us and our clients but it’s going to cost you a pretty penny for them to do custom contract work up front.
