Keep that in mind if your walls have 'character',  I grab a gallon or 2 of mistints (I have about 80 acquired over time and also  mix like-bases) off my shelf, depending on the home and room being painted.  

If you are a first time home buyer, it may not be as difficult to satisfy this requirement...

Although my wife and I are excited, I know that we could be doing more to grow our money (I also know that many people don't tie in equity to NW, and these numbers are skewed if we keep our home forever).

Although I do not have a house that would benefit from one of these compact units, we have replaced 3 out of 4 of our homes with the LG 5 cu. ft High efficiency top load no agitator washers & the 7.3 cu ft top load dryer and my cleaners absolutely love them for the large load capacity and the custom drying time ability. 

Should I just advertise "Let me build your dream home" and use their financing?

So a three bedroom home could safely house seven people. 

So $15K over budget on a 3000 sq.ft home with an exit strategy of a BRRRR is not that bad. 

I left my corporate job last year to stay home with my daughter and focus on our real estate business.
