I am interested in the southeast Florida market because I believe there may be growth opportunities there.Is there anyone here that invests in the southeast Florida market that has any thoughts on opportunities in the following locations which I have been studying?      

I've been listing to a man that owns over 4,000 apartment units and I tend to believe what he says and he thinks that apartments is only the good way to go and not to make investments on only other retail, office, or hotel business right now because most retail will continue going down versus on-line shopping with few exceptions and one of them is to acquire retail or office buildings in a high demand area and is in the path of growth and a good economy with diversity, population growth, and job growth and must positive cash flow on day 1.  

Due to the outside growth over the years, there was an over grown bush that was intruding into the living room window.

He's a passive investor, looking for longer-term growth.

All I do know is that 50% IRR is likely fueled by speculative growth in the coin “value” (quotes intentional) or an awesome lead-in for a future episode of American Greed.  

It also has to do with economy diversification, population growth, and amenities to tell you could go.I am 59 years old and I am full of advice for you.  

And if you had enough foresight (or luck) to buy in SF, you've experienced just over an 800% return, let alone the rent growth over this time..
