It's not a total piece of crap, but it certainly has a lot of room to improve the value given the market that it is in.

Between the 2 jobs my total bill is about $25K, so I really don't feel like a total of $3000 is a lot of money, but then again when I think of what else I could buy with 3 grand it really is. 

I have plenty of room to increase rent on two of the units.

Some problems when I saw the house were that, the master does not have a bathroom in it, there is little to no backyard, the garage was converted into a room and its not permitted, the house is also on a main street.What do you think this house is worth knowing that?

I didn’t go the BRRRR method, though I’d really like to in the near future, but what I did was rent by the room in the heart of Willimantic.

Some builders gave buyers the option to have 3rd car tandom or another room, so the original buyer probably chose the garage, not the room. 

I see and hear a lot about acquiring doors and possibly adding value with upgrades or adding rooms, but not much about buying value.  

She moved about 20 feet of it, about 1 foot towards her property so there's enough room to park their car, and kept the rest so it looks pretty bad, but at least they can park a car.  

Looking to have a room of some sort where we can connect and analyze some deals together see things from other peoples perspective see what they pay attention to or not things of that sort.
