Look at the lot and subdivision   As far as I know,  they don't use GPS to designate real propertyI had a similar situation..

@Edwin De leon I've never used Mashvisor....however, a 2 to 4 unit MF is relatively small in the grand scheme of things--you can analyze that type of property without any type of specialized software.There's a LOT to real estate that data and software cannot convey (Zillow discovered this the hard way).

A settled slab is not uncommon.....It could be just a few grand to repour/tie-in that area.

And by very similar, I mean that the only real difference is made by the management, cleaning, and interior design/pictures.
