I do think it will speed up the existing switch to computer and robot economy.. a lot of jobs that were on their way out the door, may now be quickly and finally eliminated the way of the taxi medallion drivers and administrative assistants

So you've got some time to get yourself up to speed.

This might get long winded, as I foresee many speed bumps along your journey that I do not know if you or anyone else would enjoy experiencing and after you surmount them, would they be worth it financially.

how do I as an investor speed up the closing process. when I took a real estate law class a typical closing was said to take up at least six weeks if you are lucky, but I hear of investors closing in as little as two weeks!
