I do the things I have comfort levels with , and I Hire contractors, and observe and learn .I'm building a shop right now for my tools and work trucks , hired a concrete contractor he has shown me so much stuff I didn't even think about, I am very glad I hired him.I though well, frame it up and pour, he shows up with lazer levels, puts a lip on it so water wont enter my building, bevels doorways, wire and shale , visqueen , , under concrete so it wont sweat, gas powered finishersThat's the best money I have spent in a long time.

The water line from the street to the property was dug up, there was a leak in one of the kitchens which resulted in the ceiling being tore out and is in the process of being replaced.
