This type of movie is a funny laugh....

Ok everyone I thought the title was funny. 

My wife and I have chosen RE investing because of:The Cash Flow Factor Tax Benefits (to help keep more of our hard earned money) Wealth Creation / Net Worth Security (well, more then most other investments anyway - because everyone needs shelter)If you notice, wealthy people always have real estate in their holdings (including politicians who want to impose higher taxes on the rich - funny how that works).

it's funny to look at people who think they're all that and you just know they are so freakin lost....actually it's not funny, it's downright sad.

Dad was starting his own business, which only took off and boomed after I got out of college (funny how that works right?).

Funny thing is, things were so hard at one point I myself had to sell all of my belongings and all those things I bought at 20-30% of the cost I paid...

That was the advice I was given, and it is what I did, and now do.I find it quite funny that people get into property management and expect no loss.

Seems like running a promotion on Airbnb, with their associated badges and notifications, would be more effective. 

It's funny I show my wife a couple homes, she doesn't really want to deal with the C class building due to the repairs and sometimes the tenants.
