I would recommend you take the following approach since you are a just starting out.1) Read/listen to a few books:Here are a few to start -The book on rental property investing by Brandon TurnerThe house hacking strategy by Craig CurelopThe millionaire real estate investor by Gary KellerBetween those three books, I believe you will have a good fundamental understanding and it will allow you focus a bit more on where you would like to go with your investing.2) Start attending meetups (or create one):Look up your local Facebook investor groups and ask if there are any local investor meetups.
