Point blank, I would tell the tenant to turn on fans, open doors and to always run the fan when cooking or boiling water.

The workers see it as a forced savings plan because they do not have the self control to get ahead.This is why people's retirements etc. that have limited income these investments can be risky.I am just personally not a fan of pulling 100 investors at 2,000 a piece etc.

No matter what the market conditions are nationally/globally, there is always opportunities here or there....the trick is to find those deals and take advantage.Any thoughts about oil and real estate and different local markets (like Houston)?

@Ilona Kovacs: We've had clients tell us that their coaching is "overpriced".I'm personally a big fan of Robert Kiyosaki and often recommend his books to investors because there is a lot of good foundational and attitudinal information in them.
