If that's a long-term/lifetime goal, that's definitely achievable, but for a first time goal -- you're setting yourself up for failure haha.

I think ANY investor should take the licensing course in their chosen state as you will garner a ton of valuable information....plus start networking as that's going to be a huge part of your success or failure.  

Failure is not an event.

Don't get sucked into this wholesale stuff.. that has a 90% or better failure rate.. and those that you meet that want to mentor you are really just using you to shag leads for them not create a career which is what I suppose you boys want !!!...

They are generally disasters and you are usually just buying another investors failure.

Believing they are being socially conscience is a fools path to failure.

Don't waste your time trying to find short cuts you will simply waste time with one failure after another.

So to get them out by May 31, you would give them notice before April 29th.If they don't move out then you can file for eviction, failure to vacate after notice was given.
