This would be my first time installing some, and after doing some research, the reviews/advice is somewhat split (some people recommend them, others rather clean them out each year due to the guards failing or causing other issues).

I took the 1031 funds slated for the failed property and moved them to one of my properties that wasn't failing.Now that the 1031 exchange is completed, I am refinancing the property I put extra cash into to extract that extra cash so I can go buy another property.Meh, I don't think I explained this well.

But for example, if I made 80,000$ a year, but I also had let's say a mortgage payment of 60,000$ a year and a car payment of 20,000$.... you will be in debt beacause you've failed to account for the income tax.
