Wanted to see what my best options are in this situation:I want to borrow 200-250K as a NRA(non resident alien) with no credit history, to invest in a syndication deal.I have a rental property that’s owned free and clear worth around 750-800K so in case of a cash out refi my LTV would remain low.It would be a short term loan: 2.5 to 3 years at most before I pay it back. 

Is the loan in your name only or is your co-owner a borrower on the loan as well?

Unfortunately I have only been at my current w2 job for 1 year and I’m hoping this won’t prevent me from securing a loan in the next several months.

We are currently using a smaller local bank, and they have a loan limit.

The current owner has 27 years and $247,600 remaining on their loan at 2.875%.

There are closing costs, loan origination fees and Homeowner's Insurance to add into the number, You will get better detail from whomever is lending the money.

It is generally legal for a landlord to include provisions in a lease regarding the duration of guest stays and potential charges for extended visits.

What's the going rate for 30 year fixed DSCR (loan amount approx $150k)  Good credit and enough experience investing. 

Lease option is a viable way to *extend* your exit strategy, but the reality is that most lease options don't sell to the option buyer.
