If not, you need to consider the time involved with obtaining estimates, reviews, scheduling, providing access, handling issues that come up (like new water heater required  we remove the entire door and frame for access as they are wider now).   

If house hacking is not an option with them, I can review and adapt  my strategy.

I have a printed out RTA copy that I have reviewed a couple of times, but the phrasing in it  seems to not plainly outline exactly what is the "black and white" of some circumstances and leaves a lot open to interpretation.

Review their management agreement.

When a guest has one review and a host has 30 5 star review 6 months and have only asked for damages twice....I do expect to have to prove my side, but when photos and the next unrelated guests confirms my side, but my claim is denied because the invoice doesn't meet their standards?

Most experienced realtors also advised that each of these homes has over 20 wishful thinking groups eyeing them.

I'm discussing options with my new property management company's lawyer, but wanted to crowd-source some opinions from more experienced landlords as well.
