Hi Everyone, I am so excited about Real Estate Investing.

Hello All,I joined BP recently and I am excited to learn, contribute and connect with many interesting and talented people in this forum.Thank you and happy investing!!

Despite being very early in the process, I'm still very excited and nervous.My business model is Buy/Hold 3-5 Unit Homes in the $75-150k range.  

I am excited to hear about that Lambo/Fararri drive. 

My brain is like a sponge tho and is excited to learning as much as I can.  

Each one is unique and has to meet different seller needs and desires.I used BP for help on my last seller finance transaction and got great feedback even as I continued to negotiate with the seller with different terms after they were not excited about my original offer.

We close next week and are excited to get in, get some things updated, and get it on the market.

I went to one of these a few years back.the only benefit of it is if you are real green in the game it'll help get some ideas and excitement going.the $199 three day seminar (or what ever the going rate is now) I would say is worth it for that reason and you may meet some local contacts.

I'm excited to see all the DFW newbies.

Yeah I'm really excited to see what potential I can accomplish with both markets!
