I received my real estate license prior to this purchase for the purpose of getting in homes and making offers quickly.

We did quite well until the world went on its A&&& and came crashing down in 08   ERGO I still work and am on BP  prior to that we were printing money and my staff ran the buseinss for me  LOL

Do you have to honor that lease under the lease agreement terms with prior owner or are you able to require tenant to sign new lease under your terms?

Also, I disagree with waiting to retire student loan debt prior to investing.

One is the prior return on investment and the other is the current return on equity.  

The only account I had open prior to joining was the Capitalone.This is a pretty big advantage if you have a decent credit limit.
