Selling real estate can be fun, rewarding and fulfilling, if you are engaged, have drive and are ready to “ truly “ make more $$.Property does sell or move because, often times the owner or the representative has no ideas. 

I create focused content on YouTube, send out a monthly email, hot deal alerts, engage here on BP, etc.

All good advice above.Consider engaging your local municipality and sewage authority as an independent 3rd or 4th force in this situation.

The only situation this is not true is if you are engaged in a long term project (e.g. 5 year project) and you are paid at the end of the project, then you may "recognize" some of the unpaid compensation as 2018's income based on % of completion.

Several moderately-sized BD firms now offer marketing services to their lists, but they'll only take deal sizes that make it worth their time to engage.
