Having 2 salaried jobs with no kids and effectively no mortgage payment means you will have the ability to save quite a bit of money each month.

He has a great rapport with the city so he gets permits as soon as he asks for them and know's how to build where it's cost effective along with staying below the budget.

They also called PG&E and disconnected Gas and electric (tenant is responsible for these utilities as pr the lease) effective 10/31 which made the service transfer to my name now, Any suggestions on how to handle this break of lease, not paying the rent and disconnection of utilities?
