If based on my willingness to provide a report later generates a listing of that house or another belonging to the investor, I consider the time I spend researching and completing the BPO well worth it.

If its a rental that's paid off I still can take cruises go to the beach and, drink beer cos the money keeps flowing in, and yes its the money I put in there!! 

In short, they have either drinks the KoolAid or just believe in it so much that price (almost) becomes irrelevant.

All rentals deposit the money in this account and I move it to the specific account it belongs to.
