I know we if we buy with a lease purchase we can't sub-lease to sell and if you lease for over 180 days the disclosers are so auroras that it not recommended.

Not one time has the existence of my license even entered into the conversation except that I disclose it in my PPMs (which, by the way, does nothing but enhance my credibility).Off-topic, but since it was mentioned several times above, I don't take commissions on my multifamily acquisitions.

You may even approach some landlords with good vacation rentals and rent the properties from them , spruce them up with amenities and rent Airbnb, as long as you disclose to the lessor.
