On the LLC thing I knew I'd have to be creative on how that is structured, and if I was an owner of the LLC that would be disclosed to the lender.

I know we if we buy with a lease purchase we can't sub-lease to sell and if you lease for over 180 days the disclosers are so auroras that it not recommended.

@Jeff Sprunger as I mentioned those were the only expenses disclosed by seller, and that includes electricity for common areas.

You may even approach some landlords with good vacation rentals and rent the properties from them , spruce them up with amenities and rent Airbnb, as long as you disclose to the lessor.
