We also went and got an understanding of the city development to understand the direction the city itself wanted to take Durham in.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the Silicon Valley and have sparked recent interest in real estate investment and development.

I am looking for someone knowledgeable in the topic, that might help or partner -- I have a fair amount of RE experience, but have not done acreage development / parcel splits, or related, and am just getting to know the area.
