Premises description: This may seem straight forward.

I met a neighbor a while back and exchanged phone numbers.

We put in the description that we offer $500 to a realtor who brings us a tenant for our lease options.

I am trying to find vacant land.I emailed the County Tax Collector and they offered to sell me a CD that "contains all unpaid County of San Bernardino Tax Collector bills." for $225 BUT it does not "contain any assesse information such as owner of record names, mailing addresses or legal descriptions."

A friend of mine rents an SFR with a similar description in West Allis at $1400/mo. 

My assistant just noticed that the legal description has the incorrect street address referenced on all of the assignments and also on the original warranty deed.

My ads are descriptive and to the point.

Have met a few times with groups that enjoy the site and investment and I believe it is still Goin on the third Thursday of each month.

I want them to look at me and shoot for second-best, because they know they're not going to come anywhere close to besting me.You'd think by that description I'm a heartless bastard intent on stifling business competition.
