Evicting a tenant in court may be easy paper wise, but given the climate of the public with law enforcement I would imagine that a sheriff wouldn't be in such a rush to physically remove the tenant from your property.

As you mentioned, the Yoast plugin is in the WP repository and can be edited (which we've done and adjusted some of the functionality as well) and like you mentioned we've given the original author the credit they require in the site code... and in our trainings and anytime anyone asks we're never shy about letting people know it's Yoast as the actual SEO grader on the individual posts and pages.
