It's no longer secret San Francisco is decaying and transforming into new Detroit en masse, while suburb (tech heavy immigrant center) is growing very fast.

I am a future investor looking at getting into a pre construction condo.It's being built right next to a university, a major highway, as well as a shopping center being built.

I was lucky enough to build the sales centers and the builders even gave us a 10% discount.

Speak with the Chamber of Commerce, Workforce Center or any employment agency, major employers in the neighborhood (particularly those that pay strong salaries like medical, public schools, major companies, etc.).

That being said, the closer you are to job centers the better your prospects for renting are. 

Suggest you add Harper Woods, Clinton Twp, Fraser, Center Line, Hazel Park, Madison Hts, Oak Park, Redford.

Plus we can do this in about 1/2 of the United States by population centers.
