What's one software or system that's important to your business but that you can't stand?

I'm certainly not saying this is a great business practice, but it's not illegal to change the rate after the closing disclosure has gone out.

I'm the owner of a digital marketing company based out of Houston, Texas, that specializes in REI marketing, and now that I've been in business for awhile, I've noticed that Facebook ads are the better route for wholesalers getting started with my company than Google ads for a few reasons.

He got really busy and only was able to renovate one of them now his construction loan term is up and he has to pay full mortgage on all three.
