Now the banks’s non-performing loan starts performing and the asset that was in need of repair is now in better condition.  

I'm small time and I only have a small handful of buyers because I've not been able to get my business off the ground and can't do so until I make more deals.

@Sridhar D. that's a strange reason unless the tenant needs to fix their credit or save up for a down payment to qualify for a mortgage.If so, I wouldn't hold my breath that they will perform.
