We have never been through an inspection but I know we need screens in all windows.Do the window screens need to open?

Looking to connect with folks familiar with these areas or similar.Pittsburgh is a good market with good cash flow however the buildings are older so there will be a decent amount of maintenance over time.

And it's going to take more work, especially if you decide to go it alone and try to build a team yourself.
