I have a friend that has a better camera that I am going to borrow and I went and got some pictures and additional pillows, etc to change around some of the staging items.

Last I checked I was up to 15 zip codes.Whats nice is, I dont pay monthly charges and that number belongs to me.With the last answering service I used to use if you stop using the service you lose the number assigned to you.

I try to be polite but these guys just don't stop talking.

Note: I always leave enough in the savings account from the CC loan to cover at least 6 months of the payments [make the payments with the borrowed funds, if need be]In your case, 7% is ok.

Essentially, this means the borrower signed and acknowledged the obligations of the mortgage in the presence of a notary public and two witnesses.

I have worked with them a lot (as a borrower).

We told her to stop doing that, but noticed there was no evidence of mouse activity.

Never had a problem with the tenants stopping by, except to drop off rent checks :)

I actually wish I'd borrowed more when buying these as I'd have more cash on hand and feel less worried about doing more deals right now.
