As to "Sector" you could follow some principles, such as angel stock or defense, staying with church properties or SFDs, but profits are limited due to the lack of volatility in pricing.But, that is not to say you should not be fully versed in all aspects of RE investing, since different types of deals or opportunities are presented regardless of economic conditions.
