So far I came up with a few scenarios:1) Bedroom#1 and bedroom #2 share bath#1.Bedroom#3 has its own bathroom with blocked door two bedroom#2 (could use help with an easy and reversible way of how to make sure the door is blocked and not usable from bedroom#2 nor gives bedroom#3 access to bedroom#3)2)Bedroom#1 uses bath#1Bedroom#2 and bedroom#3 shares bath#3(How to ensure privacy and access to somebody's else room through the bathroom?)

They're two stories each with cinder block walls.Before I even do a walk-through, I think it will take about $100,000 to rehab.There's a bit of room in the back of the plot that could possibly make a nice place for covered parking after it's cleared of brush and trees that might add additional value.

It is doubtful her furnace works (vents/returns all blocked) so she is using heating sources that greatly increase fire risks in a home stuffed full of Firestarter in those trash bags.
