OK so I can leave that and the dollar amount blank if I have no other conditions?

@Shawn Underwood I am having issues with letters defaulting to caps, the app being extremely slow or not responding when I try to open a post, the app loading blank screens when I try to open a post, the app loading a blank screen and having to be completely rebooted when I reply to a post, and I haven’t even tried to search yet.

(was too lazy to blank out my number you guys can call if you want.)

This person may need a GBC license in rare occasions or have one attached to the rehab.

I personally talked to Michael on 2 different occasions as part of their weekly round-table.If you want someone to be more like a mentor and help you structure the deals, close the deals and be like your right-hand man, then this won't work for you.  

Most of the negotiation items are in filling the blanks anyway.
