So with property tax & insurance & maintenance that’s $3000 a month for an area that takes an hour and a half each way during traffic to reach either major city. 7 years ago health insurance for a couple was $250 now it’s close to a thousand for a bronze plan on Obamacare with no subsidy if you’re in the donut hole like us.
