I have been doing a lot of research on how to legally structure my properties.

Above those rooms is just a master suite - room, closet, bathroom.

The property currently has three structures; a run down old barn previously used as a business, a two family rental that is currently occupied, and another two family rental that was destroyed by previous tenants and has not been occupied in years.

Assume that the interior will need every bathroom and the kitchen gutted and you'll want to put in new flooring throughout. 

I’m also thinking about doing a subject to, but still unsure about how to structure this.

I rehabbed with a new kitchen,1 new bathroom and all the wooden floors re-done.

I recently fixed a structural issue without a permit.

Changed out joulsey windows, updated electrical, reconditioned storage structure in back of property.

I am interested in finding a place that is 3-4 bedrooms or 2-3 with a finished basement and preferable 2-4 bathrooms.
