Hi @Natasha Richardson,I wish I could answer your question more directly but it all depends on the location, quality of property, recent sales activity, supply and demand.

I went to an event at that church at night a couple of years ago and didn't feel that bad. 

The next time some non-landlord posts in this forum about how bad low-income -housing fixer slumlords should feel for taking advantage of our C/D-class tenants, I'm going to try not to jump down their throat, but no promises. 

It had a bad roof and the buyer fixed the roof at his expense.

Probably soon than later as I’m sure one will go bad.

Sometimes you aren’t getting a deal because of bad information.

That doesnt just go for them, but that goes for any bad agent in general. 

I was hoping to "house hack" my first property (preferably a small multi family; less that 5 units.. but a SFR would work as well).I only want to buy in an area that i would live in myself, i dont have high standards but i dont want to live somewhere of poor quality or in a dangerous area either.
