Our goals include wholesaling, lease-options, subject-to - along those lines.

VRM is just starting to list properties but any offers for these will have to be outside financed or cash until such time as vendee comes on line.

We would still need a loan (looking for a guidance line with a local bank) to help fund purchase and construction costs.

I don't think it is right to split the profit 50/50 and him be on the line with the loan.

Basically we're all gamblers, some putting it all the line with spec houses and office buildings, etc., others playing it safer with less risky ventures.

The line is they are doing a reality show to expose how insurance adjusters try to cut corners and they will use their contractor and document the process and even offer compensation to use my property.

Sometimes the roof line is deal breaker unless you can do a major rehab.

Anyone that uses the lines "I can't show you exactly how we do it" or "I can’t go over our historical data" is likely trying to rip you off!
