Will I run into hiring issues if my permits art not lined up ahead of time?

On my personal home I used Art Diedrick at Tiger home inspections.

I would love to see this property rehabbed and leased out as office space, or even build a relationship with the local university as their Fine Arts building is right next door to this property.

When I toured the property the dog seemed aggressive and was only held in the backyard by a short chain link fence which it could easily jump.

We just toured that neighborhood on the Diversified Investors Group Van Tour is was solid mix of Flip Homes, rehabbed homes for cash flow whether students and or employees of the Hospitals and Colleges in U City.

@Jonathan Pflueger - If you are curious about who buys turnkey MFH in the Bay Area, go to those open houses for new listings of rehabbed MFH and if the building is priced well, you'll see the amount of people streaming in to tour a gorgeous updated unit with market rents.
