Please advise i want to make sure im not getting in trouble for requiring a pre approval letter for who ever is interested in viewing my home. thanks in advance!

Hi Brian,I can't share personal experience from using FHA financing, but I can give you a lenders point of view.  

Sounds great in theory but thinking of it from a business view her are the problems I see:1.

The city publishes an apartment statistics page, found here: http://www.wichitafallstx.gov/DocumentCenter/View/24175That publication was during the high oil prices of 2014, but also during a regional 5 year severe drought. 

I used Jason Lovelace at Precision Home Inspections.Closing was very straightforward, and I received access to the PropertyWare website where I could view property information after resolving an issue with my login ID being incorrect.  

I only view properties when my GC can be there.

I'm new to the iPad and didn't know that even when you choose to view the "iPhone only" apps, you can still download them on the iPad and most will work.

The apartments are pretty cheap and basic so it's generally lower quality tenants, the buildings are old but pretty well maintained, one has a nice view of downtown.
