We are looking to do a cash out refi, but I think we would have an issue when getting it appraised because the appraiser would see the property as a 2 flat but it’s zoned as a SFH.

You will see it on appraisals as well.

We were able to get a better rate and keep more money out of the deal that method as it appraised for more after is was fixed up and performing.  

My rent rolls far out perform the appraisal values.

I am having trouble getting an appraisal completed for a 4-plex I just finished renovating.

*You get an escrow balance refund about 30 days after closing     *In some cases an appraisal is not needed! 

Not sure what it will appraise for now.

The reports are 40-90 pages long and go through the entire house in great detail.Get an appraisal.

I really want to switch lenders but we are scheduled to close in a couple weeks, the appraisal has already been ordered.
