We are looking to do a cash out refi, but I think we would have an issue when getting it appraised because the appraiser would see the property as a 2 flat but it’s zoned as a SFH.

We were able to get a better rate and keep more money out of the deal that method as it appraised for more after is was fixed up and performing.

I really want to switch lenders but we are scheduled to close in a couple weeks, the appraisal has already been ordered.
